Ingredients in Light and Easy: Pistachio Bread
- yellow cake mix
- egg whites
- instant sugar-free, fat-free pistachio pudding mix
- reduced-fat sour cream
- unsweetened applesauce
- water
- almond extract
- chopped pistachios
- green gel food coloring
How to Make Light and Easy: Pistachio Bread
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Spray a 8.5 x 4 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients using a stand mixer or hand held mixer until well blended.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan and serving.

- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream

- 3/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 2-3 drops green gel food coloring
