My recipe for Healthy Overnight Oats for Weight Loss is a make-ahead breakfast that will leave you satisfied and feeling full until lunch.


– whole grain plain quick oats – non-fat Greek yogurt – unsweetened almond milk – honey – raspberries – natural almonds

Combine all your ingredients in a small bowl with a tight-fitting lid. You can also use a Mason jar.

Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, heat oats in the microwave and top with raspberries and almonds.
