Easy to make Shamrock Protein Shake, inspired by the popular Shamrock Shake at McDonald's. My Shamrock Protein Shake has just over 200 calories and is packed with protein, making this a perfect go-to breakfast option or post-workout snack.
Ingredients
1½cupsfrozen vanilla yogurt
1cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk
1scoopShe Activates Vanilla Protein Powder
2tspmini dark chocolate chips
¼tsppeppermint extract
4-6drops of green food coloring
fresh mint leaves for garnishoptional
2 TbspCool Whip® Lightoptional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or leave the Cool Whip® out to top on later.
Mix until desired consistency.
Pour into a glass. If you left out the Cool Whip®, go ahead and spoon it on top along with the fresh mint leaves (optional).
