This simple no-bake pumpkin cheesecake is the perfect quick dessert for a Friendsgiving celebration because it comes together in a snap and has all those wonderful pumpkin spice flavors.
Ingredients
18 oz.package cream cheese, softened or Skinny Swap with 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1/2cupbrown sugar
115 oz.can 100% pumpkin puree
3/4cupsour cream or Skinny Swap with plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
2tspvanilla
1/2tspcinnamon
1/4tspnutmeg
1/4tspallspice
1pre-made graham cracker pie crustor Skinny Swap with reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
With an electric mixer, cream the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
Beat in the rest of the ingredients, until incorporated.
Pour into the prepared pie crust and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
