This creamy smoothie is perfect for before or after the gym and will help aid in your weight loss, with the flavors of peach and cranberries!
Ingredients

10-ounce
bag frozen sliced peaches
1/4
cup
100% cranberry juice
1/2
cup
vanilla, nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4
cucumber,
peeled (about 3 oz)
1/4
tsp
flax meal
2
tsp
Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
1/2
cup
ice
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and serve chilled.
