This smoothie with keep you full until lunch time, with juicy strawberries, blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
Ingredients

fresh strawberries
(8-9 strawberries)

fresh blueberries

fresh banana
1

plain, nonfat Greek yogurt

tbsp
honey

tbsp
Chia seeds

cup
ice
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth, and serve immediately.
