I like to use the chocolate flavor to make this recipe for my Chocolate Protein Waffles and I think it’s the Best Ever! I like to add a little bit of coconut flour or whole wheat flour to give the waffles a fluffier consistency and you can use whatever milk that you have on hand in the fridge.
Ingredients
1scoopShe Activates® Protein Powder Chocolate
1tbspcoconut flour or whole wheat flour
1tspbaking powder
1/4cupunsweetened almond milk
1egg
1tspvanilla
fresh fruit, whipped cream, butter, light maple syrup(not included in nutrition calculations)
Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth. The batter will have the consistency of a thick pancake batter.
Grease the waffle iron or spray with nonstick cooking spray, pour the batter, and cook the waffle according to waffle iron instructions.
