- plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- unsweetened almond milk
- fat-free whipped topping
- vanilla extract
- organic agave nectar or sweetener of choice
- ice cubes
- rainbow sprinkles
How to Make Birthday Cake Protein Shake
In a blender, blend all of the smoothie ingredients together until smooth, and serve chilled.

- 2/3 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup fat-free whipped topping
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp organic agave nectar or 1 tsp sweetner of choice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- rainbow sprinkles
