One of my favorite dishes to order at an Italian restaurant is the linguine with clams. Since people are not eating out as much anymore, I’ve made my own Easy Linguine with Clam Sauce from home! I make some whole wheat linguine pasta and a delicious sauce of clams, butter, and white wine to go along with it. The pasta gets a wonderful seafood aroma as it simmers in the sauce. Crushed red pepper flakes, shallot, and garlic add so many layers of flavor in this dish. Forget take out – try my Easy Linguine with Clam Sauce!

What Are the Health Benefits of Clams?
Seafood is usually really good for you, depending on how it is cooked. Clams are no exception! I love clams, and I was happy to find out they are good for me. Clams contain vitamin A, vitamin B12, potassium, selenium, and calcium. Only 3 ounces of clams gets you all these health benefits! They are also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are the healthy fats that our bodies need. Just like most other seafood, clams are super healthy and also tasty!
Seafood is so fun to cook at home. I make seafood dishes all the time! For more seafood recipes, try my Crispy Baked Catfish.
