Are you Ready to Reset in the New Year?
Yes, please! While Daron and I have had the best time celebrating with family and friends over Christmas and through December, I’m feeling the nudge and looking forward to getting back on a routine.
I’m excited to start meal prepping and planning weekly family dinners, and scheduling out my mornings with workouts along with my coffee time with devotions.

My Best Reset Tips for the New Year:
Try making my Detox Water, Get the Recipe Here: and sipping on it all week! You’ll love this water to help beat the post-holiday bloat and cleanse your body of all of the toxins from holiday eating.
If you’re looking to use this as part of a detox to jumpstart your metabolism and cleanse your body, I would suggest trying to drink at least a half-gallon for 3-5 days!
Get in a Great Workout!
Your muscles are ready for a good workout, especially after loading up on carbs (energy in the form of glycogen) over the Holidays and you will be amazed at what an hour workout will do for your body. Try doing some strengthening and toning exercises combined with a little cardio to burn off those extra calories, or attend your favorite workout class this week.
Increase Your Protein
This week make an effort to increase your protein intake each day and supplement your meals with at least a small serving of protein. Make sure to get in a serving of protein before your workout sessions. Try replacing a few of your meals with protein shakes or smoothies this week.
