I am never short of awesome breakfast recipes, and my Keto Crustless Quiche is one of my favorites! It combines cottage cheese (one of my favorite snacks), egg whites, cheese and vegetables all in one easy to eat quiche. In addition to this recipe being keto, it’s also high in protein and low in calories. I like to add a little bit of low sodium diced ham to break up the richness from the cheese and eggs and for extra protein.

Variations to this Keto Crustless Quiche
You can absolutely add more veggies, change up the cheese, or add hot sauce to this quiche. Please note that any variations you make may change the dietary breakdown at the end of this recipe. Still, there are no limits when creating your perfect quiche.
This easy quiche clocks in at 3 grams of carbs per serving slice.
Ingredients in Keto Crustless Quiche
- 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 2 cups liquid egg whites
- ½ cup broccoli, cooked and chopped
- ½ cup extra lean ham, diced
- ½ cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar shredded cheese
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
How to Make Keto Crustless Quiche
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spray 9½-inch pie dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour ingredients in. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until center is set.
