CASSEROLE TO BE THANKFUL FOR!🧡 This is the perfect recipe to use up any leftover turkey and it’s easy to make—this recipe was born out of my love for Thanksgiving and combines all of the delicious flavors of stuffing, cranberries, and turkey. The best part is that you can use up any leftover turkey that you might have on hand. I promise the whole family will be thanking you after you make this easy dinner-time meal. The full recipe is below⬇️Please tag a friend and share✨Ingredients: 3 tbsp butter 1 cup peeled, cubed (1-inch) butternut squash 1 small onion, diced 2 stalks celery, diced 1 ½ cups Stovetop stuffing mix for turkey, seasoning packet discarded 2 cups cubed (1-inch) cooked turkey breast 1 (10.5 ounces) can Cambell’s Healthy Request condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.5 ounces) can Campbell's Healthy Request condensed cream of celery soup ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream or plain Greek yogurt ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 pouch Uncle Ben’s brown and wild rice medley ½ cup pecans, coarsely chopped ¼ cup dried cranberries or dried cherries Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 11x7 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the squash, onion, and celery and cook until soft, 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing: In a medium saucepan, combine 1 ½ cups water and the remaining 2 tbsp butter and bring to a boil. Add the stuffing mix, stir, and remove from the heat. Fluff the stuffing with a fork and set it aside. Stir the turkey, mushroom soup, celery soup, sour cream or yogurt, salt, and pepper into the skillet with the vegetables. Add the rice and carefully stir until mixed. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Evenly spoon the prepared stuffing over the top of the turkey mixture.Bake for 15-18 minutes. Sprinkle with the pecans and cranberries and bake for 5 minutes longer. Serve warm.

My Aunt Tammy has been making it since I was a kid and now I’m passing it down and sharing it’s deliciousness🙌This sweet potato casserole is packed with all the good stuff—brown sugar, creamy butter, and chopped pecans. You can serve it up as a sweet side dish or as a holiday dessert.
