What is Detox Water:
Detox water is water that’s infused with flavors of fresh fruits, vegetables or herbs. It’s often referred to as fruit-infused water or fruit-flavored water. To make detox water at home, you simply add any combination of fruits, vegetables and herbs that you like.
Because detox water is made by infusing flavor, rather than juicing or blending, it contains very few calories. This makes it a popular drink for weight loss plans and healthy lifestyle plans especially in place of high-sugar drinks like sugary soda and fruit juice.

Ingredients You Will Need to Make Watermelon Detox Water:
½ gallon cold water
5-7 mint leaves
3 cups watermelon, chopped
How to Make Watermelon and Mint Detox Water:
Mix all ingredients and keep chilled. Make sure to allow the ingredients to chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving. Discard after 24-48 hours or when the fruit starts to taste bitter.
Tip: Get the daily recommended 8 glasses of water you need each day by drinking the full 1/2 gallon serving of this water.
