Are There Good Fats Inside Salmon?
Salmon is one of the most nutrient-rich foods on this Earth. It is flaky, savory, delicious, and has a gorgeous pink hue. One of the most notable benefits to salmon is it’s high concentration of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty compounds, which are the good polyunsaturated fats that our bodies need, but do not produce on their own. Salmon is so healthy, and it cane be turned into anything; burgers, cakes, salad, soups, and so much more!
