Pineapple and coconut are two flavors that always remind me of vacation. To bring vacation home with me, I created Tropical Fruit Filled Healthy Popsicles, which taste just like a pina colada! First, pull out your high powered blender. Then add all ingredients to the pitcher; fresh pineapple, banana, coconut milk, and lime juice. Blitz until liquified. Finally, add the blend to some popsicle molds and freeze solid. The whole family will love to cool off with these fun to make Fruit Filled Healthy Popsicles.

What Are the Health Benefits of Pineapple?

Pineapple is a sweet, delicious golden fruit that you will find in many tropical treats and drinks. It is a super healthy fruit to enjoy whole or added to recipes. Pineapple promotes healthy hair and skin, weight loss, and increased energy levels. It contains so much vitamin C, that one serving of pineapple offers more than 100 perfect of your daily recommended value.

As one of my favorite tropical fruits, pineapple is an awesome snack, dessert, or breakfast. The natural sweetness from the pineapple helps make this popsicle recipe one of my favorites.  Want more pineapple recipes? Try my Fresh Pineapple Salsa!
