How Healthy Are These Popsicles?

Birthday cake usually comes in at over 300 calories per serving. This is after factoring in the cake and the frosting. In order to save the calories, I make these popsicles instead. The vanilla pudding inside is sugar free, cutting out tons of sugar. Per popsicle, this recipe comes in at only 72 calories! This way, everyone can enjoy in the birthday festivities, even the guests watching their weight.

Popsicles are a great way to eat the things you love for fewer calories. Looking for more popsicle recipes? Try this Fruit Filled Healthy Popsicles Recipe!
