The flavor combination of Parmesan, garlic, and lemon juice is so delicious. That’s what I integrate into my delicious, homemade Light and Easy Caesar Dressing. Traditional Caesar dressings can be complicated, but not mine! First, I start out with some light mayo, lemon juice, and water. Then, I flavor that with Worcestershire, garlic, Parm, and black pepper. It is as simple as that! Making your own dressing is always more delicious than store-bought. You’ll never buy a bottle of dressing ever again after trying my Light and Easy Caesar Dressing.

What is Caesar Dressing?
Contrary to popular belief, Caesar dressing did not originate in ancient Rome. Rather, it originated in Mexico! Some recipes call for different ingredients, such as raw egg or tinned anchovies. Caesar dressing is typically light in color and dresses a traditional Caesar salad. The salad usually consists of a hearty lettuce, usually Romaine, along with croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese. Furthermore, the salad was originally prepared tableside at restaurants.
I like to keep my Caesar dressing simple and kid-friendly. The great thing about making dressing at home is that you can add whatever you like! Some kids are adventurous eaters, and some are not. If your kids love salads, make my Healthy Broccoli Salad with Bacon!
