These little wraps have all of the tasty elements of sushi, wrapped up burrito-style inside a whole wheat tortilla! To begin, mix some cooked brown rice with some sesame seeds. Then, layout a tortilla and add some rice. Then, on top of the rice, add imitation crab meat, tomato, cucumber, and avocado. Finally, fold the whole thing up like a burrito and slice it into sushi-sized medallions. When takeout sushi is not an option, my amazing Skinny California Roll Wraps will fill you up!

How Are These Sushi Wraps Healthy?
All of the elements that go inside sushi are healthy, California rolls included. California rolls usually consist of imitation crab meat, avocado, and cucumber. Imitation crab is a variety of minced fish combined with egg whites and other elements to mimick real crab meat. It contains high levels of phosphorus, which is great for bone and teeth health. Avocado contains high traces of Omega-3 fatty acids that our bodies need to be healthy. Lastly, cucumber is a low-calorie and high-potassium vegetable. - whole wheat tortilla wraps
- imitation crab meat
- brown rice
- sesame seeds
- reduced-sodium soy sauce
How to Make California Roll Wraps
First, in a small bowl, mix cooked brown rice with sesame seeds.
Then, lay one tortilla on a flat surface and place a small amount of rice, 1 ounce of imitation crab meat, and top with a small amount of tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.
Finally, fold sides of the tortilla and place index and thumb on sides and roll tortilla tightly.
Repeat with other tortillas and serve each tortilla with reduced-sodium soy sauce.
