A stir fry is a great way to get dinner on the table in under 30 minutes. My Asian Shrimp Stir Fry is the perfect healthy dinner to ensure your kids get enough protein and vegetables. I start by stir frying some broccoli, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Once those are tender, I add my shrimp to cook. The shrimp takes only a few minutes. Then, I top some rice with my stir fry followed by some yummy teriyaki sauce. My Asian Shrimp Stir Fry is the perfect quick meal for a busy weeknight!

What Healthy Ingredients Are in This Dish?
I love to use a variety of veggies for a typical stir fry. For this one, I chose broccoli, green bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. I think that this mix gives a great range of texture and flavors. Of course, then I add low fat and high protein shrimp. Shrimp is awesome because it contains selenium and tons of Omega-3 fatty acids. All of these ingredients together help eye health, circulation, and vitamin D absorption.
