For the past 8 years, this dream has been sitting quietly in my heart.

A podcast.

A space to speak truth, encourage women, and share the messy, beautiful process of becoming who God created us to be. Eight years ago, I felt the Lord whisper the idea to start this podcast, and I was so excited—but also, so afraid.

Fear, discouragement, distractions, and the busyness of life kept me from picking up the microphone. I questioned myself. I wrestled with self-doubt. I put it off, over and over again.

But today—I finally did it.

The very first episode of the Move Pray Love Podcast is live, and it’s called: Do You Know Who You Really Are?

Why I Created This Faith-Based Podcast for Women

If you’ve ever struggled with identity or asked the question “Who am I, really?”—this episode is for you.

I created this faith-based podcast for women because I know what it’s like to lose yourself in the hustle, in the approval of others, and in performance-based living. This podcast is a safe space to step away from all of that and into the peace and clarity of who you are in Christ.

In this first episode, I share my personal journey of identity, including how I built my worth on success and achievements—and what happened when that all came to a halt. I talk about a dream I kept having where I lost my ID, and how God used that to reveal a powerful truth: You can’t move forward if you don’t know who you are.

This episode will encourage you to stop chasing validation and start rooting your identity in Christ. Because how to discover your true identity in Christ is the key to lasting peace and purpose.
