I love to develop recipes that are a classic dish with a modern twist. These delicious Easy Italian Meatball Wraps are just that! Instead of regular bread for the sandwich, I use flatbread to wrap the “sub”. The recipe uses an Italian-style flatbread and are then stuffed with homemade chicken meatballs, marinara, diced green bell peppers, banana peppers, and tomatoes. You can also top your with optional cheese. Easy Italian Meatball Wraps are the perfect easy meal for the whole family.

Chicken Meatballs Vs. Beef Meatballs
Ground chicken and ground beef are great options to make meatballs, burgers, meatloaves, amongst may other things. Ground chicken is said to be leaner than beef, however this will depend on the meat to fat ratio on the ground meat package. The higher number will be the amount of meat inside the ground meat, and the lower number will be the amount of fat inside. Ground chicken contains more Vitamin B3 than beef, and will typically be leaner.
