The flavors of a S’more are so delicious, but S’mores are so messy to eat! Instead of making a mess in your hand, my Light and Easy: S’more Fluff is eaten with a spoon! This dessert tastes just like a real S’more from the campfire. The base is a silky chocolate pudding, folded with whipped topping. Later, I rim the serving glasses with chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumbs. How cute! Top everything with some mini marshmallows and more graham cracker crumbs, and you have these Light and Easy: S’more Fluff, a perfect little dessert good enough for company.

Is This Recipe Low Fat?
Yes! This recipe was created to be an indulgent dessert without all the fat and calories in a typical S’more. I make multiple healthier ingredient swaps in this recipe, such as low fat graham crackers, sugar-free instant pudding, and nonfat whipped topping. Since there are so many healthier ingredients, this recipes comes in at 1 gram of fat per serving and is only 116 calories!

Ingredients in Light and Easy: S’more Fluff
- sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- skim milk
- fat-free whipped topping
- low-fat graham crackers
- mini marshmallows
How to Make Light and Easy: S’more Fluff
Make the chocolate pudding according to directions.
Once the pudding has set, fold in the whipped topping.
If you want to use the crushed graham crackers around the rim like pictured, pour the chocolate syrup and crushed graham crackers in two separate shallow dishes. Dip rim of bowl in chocolate then in the graham cracker crumbles. Fill the bowl with the pudding mixture and top with 1 tablespoon of mini marshmallows (about 10) per bowl.
Or, simply mix all ingredients together, reserving some graham cracker crumbs for topping.
Refrigerate and top with the reserved graham cracker crumbs upon serving.

- 5 sheets low-fat graham crackers, crushed
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows (about 50)
